Jellis Craig’s Fitzroy office space is edgy and avant-garde to reflect the local area balanced with the professional values of Jellis Craig. The inspiration for the design was to create a box within a box concept. This can be seen with the floating box meeting room at reception, boardroom and chill out rooms.

The arrival area of polished concrete floors and collaborative meeting rooms has views and access into the breakout area which becomes the focal point of this workspace.

The office space needs to be designed was easy mind; it is a destination which feels inviting; has open staff and client interaction informal zones; is contemporary and distinctive in feel.

Different zones were created to liaise, collaborate, have quiet time and get together for social interaction in a great breakout area.
