El Jannah High St, Preston

Founded in 1998, this charcoal chicken brand has its roots in soulful Lebanese / Australian fusion food. Restaurants are designed within small formats (250sqm) full formats (300sqm ) and drive through (220sqm). The design palette talks freshness with the pop accent colour of green (think North African hand crafted rich veined tiles) surrounded by a complimentary mutual tonal arrangement of light timbers, beige range crazy paving, white cream wall paints / renders and some black steel work to counteract and give definition. Green planting is strategically located to tie the space together, like a Moroccan courtyard riad. A very peaceful & soulful dining experience.
