Grill’d Smith Street Collingwood

This latest Grill’d restaurant, refurbished a heritage building in one of Melbourne’s most iconic alternative youth locations. The design cleverly transformed the space to retain the “Smith Street cultural feel” with Grill’d health burger distinctive design.

Many original features were retained including heritage ceilings, terrazzo tiling and timber floors along with a quirky curved slat wall in the dining area. New features include a long servery with feature bulkhead incorporating metal grids with tiled inserts running along the northern wall and with intimate booth seating areas and banquette seats along the southern wall.

This is a restaurant that is true to the unique spirit and vibrant food culture of the area.
