Construction Zone provides one complete solution, one source and one team for your design and fit out project. From refurbishments to new store fit outs, Construction Zone manage and have total responsibility for the entire process to ensure all deliverables are seamlessly met.
Principal Contractor
As principal contractor, Construction Zone’s project management team will manage and co-ordinate all contractors. We have our own team of experienced carpenters and joiners who are specialist shopfitters. Our construction team are experts in refurbishment, new store fit outs, demolition and turnkey fit out solutions.
Construction Zone is a licensed building practitioner, member of the Master Builders Association and member of ASOFIA.
Project Management
Each project has a dedicated Project Manager who is responsible for every aspect of the project. They are supported by our experienced team and will manage the process from concept design, construction documents, building permits, project estimation, right through to completion on site. The Project Manager will liaise with you throughout the project to ensure that you are involved and kept informed at all critical stages.
Permits
We will manage all necessary building permits from lodgement right through to approval, to ensure that these are available in a time critical manner.
Joinery
Our Campbellfield Victoria manufacturing facility has been purpose built to create quality bespoke joinery that will meet any project cabinetry requirements.
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Procurement
Our procurement team can source any fixtures and fittings, furniture and kitchen equipment required for your project from our local and offshore supplier base. Our objective is to achieve the most cost effective solution for your project. We will manage the process including sourcing, quality control and delivery.
Through our affiliated company, Australian Fusion Corporation, we have access to one of the most diverse cost effective ranges of fixture and fittings in the Australasian region.
Digital menu boards and in-store display systems
Digital is definitely the way of the future in todays dynamic fast pace retail world. In conjunction with our digital display solutions partner FMCTV, we can provide a turnkey solution for digital menu boards and in-store digital display, including:
- Commercial LED digital screens and media players
- Content software and management system
- Installation, set up & commissioning
- Content & hardware service level agreements
